Applications for 2027 Kindergarten and Year 7 enrolments open in 2026 and are managed in two rounds.

Round 1 (Priority Round)

• February 23: Enrolment opens
• May 22: Round 1 applications close
• June 12: Round 1 offers sent
• June 26: Round 1 acceptance deadline

Round 2 (Ongoing Placements)

• May 23: Round 2 applications open
• June 27 – December 18: Offers are made on a rolling basis as places become available

Please note: To be considered in Round 1, please ensure your application is complete with all supporting documents and information by the closing date.

To complete your application, please provide the following enrolment support documents:

Required:

• Birth Certificate
• Two documents verifying residential address (e.g. utility bill, rates notice, driver’s licence, Centrelink statement, car registration)
• Immunisation History Statement

If applicable:

• Religious sacramental certificates – Baptism and/or Confirmation
• Passport or Australian Citizenship
• Visa
• Family Court Orders
• Academic Report
• Latest NAPLAN report

Step 1: Submit Your Application
Complete our online enrolment application form and upload all required supporting documentation before the closing date. Required documents include birth certificate, immunisation records, and proof of address.

Step 2: Application Assessment
Our team will review your completed application and contact you to schedule a welcoming meeting with our School Principal. This allows you and your child to learn more about our school community.

Step 3: Confirmation and Acceptance
Applications are carefully assessed according to the Catholic Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle Schools Enrolment Policy. Successful applicants will receive a formal offer of enrolment. To secure your child’s place, an enrolment acceptance fee will be required.
